CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All of my breads are baked the morning of purchase. You can always refresh your loaf by putting it in a 375° oven for 15 minutes or so if you want the crunch back. I keep my bread in the brown bag for a day or two because I like the crust crunchy then I move it to a plastic bag, so it stays soft and easier to slice for toasting. My bread freezes very well. Just wrap it very well in plastic wrap and/or freezer paper and when it is time to defrost, sit it out at room temp for a couple hours then enjoy or spritz with water and put in a 350° oven for a warm loaf.
