72 Hours prior to bread pick-up - don’t hesitate to ask though if you need shorter notice - I DO SELL OUT EARLY SOMETIMES BY THE MONDAY PRIOR, SO ORDER EARLY

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All of my breads are baked the morning of purchase. You can always refresh your loaf by putting it in a 375° oven for 15 minutes or so if you want the crunch back. I keep my bread in the brown bag for a day or two because I like the crust crunchy then I move it to a plastic bag, so it stays soft and easier to slice for toasting. My bread freezes very well. Just wrap it very well in plastic wrap and/or freezer paper and when it is time to defrost, sit it out at room temp for a couple hours then enjoy or spritz with water and put in a 350° oven for a warm loaf.
